INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICES:

Literacy Works advertises its main telephone number (410-887-2001) to the public in order to provide information and referrals for potential students and volunteers.  Each caller is given the information requested and/or directed to the appropriate program service or learning center.  Each year Literacy Works responses to about 250 requests.
