FINANCIAL LITERACY:

“Family Finances” is a financial literacy program developed as a 6-week curriculum for families - for parents and their children.  The parents learn about banking, credit, loans, mortgages, savings and allowances.  Children focus on the use of money, i.e. earnings, saving spending, borrowing and sharing.  Together families explore financial values and the difference between wants and needs.
  Individual 2-3 hours seminars for adults or teenagers can also be provided on the following topics:
          1.       Goals, Values and Attitudes toward Money.
          2.       Savings – Pay Yourself First.
          3.       Using Credit Wisely.
          4.       Budgeting Your Money. 
          5.       The Door to Home ownership.
          6.       Becoming Debt Free.
          7.       Planning for College.
          8.       Purchasing a Car.
          9.       Planning for Retirement.
          10.     Living Wills.
